The great Anthony Wong (Hong Kong Film Award Best Actor winner for The Untold Story and Beast Cops) stars in this gritty triad thriller. The fight for power between two brothers Fifteen and B is put on hold when Fifteen is put away for murder. Two years had passed and B, now head of the gang, is dismayed to learn that Fifteen is free.
